Community Involvement
We are proud to support our community.
Our over 125 employees live and work in the greater Redford and Metro-Detroit area and each of us spend time and resources to support several local groups, organizations and charities.
Here's a brief snapshot of some of our most recent involvement:

We are honored to the Redford Rangers. The Rangers are a non-profit organization and our sponsorship helps reach 300+ children in the Redford community. In 2012 Matick Chevy continued to sponsor the teams by providing financial support, grilling food at the Camp Day at the beginning of the season as well as hosting their banquet in the showroom! |

Our Family Fun Yearly Events are always popular! We offer booths from many kid friendly organizations, Child Seat Safety Check, have free bike giveaways, free bike helmets, information on immunizations and general child safety, Free Michigan Child ID Program (including fingerprints, photos, and more), and as always, a special thanks to the Redford Police and Fire Departments when they bring their trucks. We want to keep your child safe. |
| Blessings in a Backpack to Support South Redford Schools | |

George Matick Chevrolet proudly supports Blessings in a Backpack and all the work they do for the South Redford School District. In 2011 we hosted the "Taste the Love in Redford" event where we raised over $5,000 for Blessings in a Backpack as well as featured several local restaurants inside the Dealership. We are honored to support the health and education of our community's children. |
