Great salesman and finance department.

Everything was fine but it did take longer then exp

Overall a good experience for what was a major issue. My only criticism is that the total time for the repair to be completed was about 30 days. However, as I wasn't in need of the vehicle and was provided a courtesy car, the length of time for the repair wasn't problematic. While the issues caused by the pandemic created supply chain problems for parts, the Dealer kept me updated regularly.

I was bringing my car to you when I lived near you for my oil changes. When I moved I sent my wife to another dealership to get her oil changed and they charged her for a tire rotation that was unnecessary and a air filter that probably wasn't necessary. When I asked him how come they never asked me about that stuff they couldn't give me an answer
