The service department is skilled compared to other dealer service departments. I’ve been having a chronic issues with my newer vehicle. Some other service department s minimized my concern but George Matick has not.

Recently purchased a used Equinox from Matick. Darcy Johnson did a suburb job of making sure I got the vehicle that was right for my situation. It was wonderfully prepped and detailed and kept inside till I was able to pick it up. Darcy took the time to go over the options and proper operation of the Equinox. I can't say enough about his attention to make the purchase a pleasant experience.

My 2021 Trailblazer barley started that morning. So I took off to Matick Chevrolet . When I arrived I was informed that I needed an appointment. So I asked if I could make one for the next day.When I went to leave it was dead would not start.Taurise said he could not let me leave with the vehicle in that state. He said he didn't have a loaner it was still under the bumper to bumper warranty. He talked to someone and they asked how far needed to drive and I told them I live under 10 miles from Matick....

My experience with Darcy Johnson (sales) and Danielle Maniaci was absolutely impeccable. Lease prices have been extremely high for SUVs that I found myself in a bit of a time constraint to either find an affordable lease or buy my current lease that I didn’t see myself in long term. They found me something within my budget, and within a day, I was driving off in my new 2024 vehicle. My expectations were far exceeded and I plan on maintaining my future leases and purchases here. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process.

my appointment was at 1:00 o’clock i got there at 12:48 didn’t get seen until a little after 1:00 o’clock and didn’t get out until 4:10 pm i do understand that chevrolet goes by appointment it’s the timing ⏱️ only that bothers me and that they can’t do a diagnostic to let me know if there’s anything else that is going wrong with my car so that it can get tooking care of at the appointment instead of me have to make another appointment and missing work time again to get another issue took care of

I shared a review weeks ago in regards to my EV being repaired for an unusual amount of time. This issue has since been resolved satisfactorily.
