Our salesman Paul Videcoq did an awesome job getting us our new vehicle and made the process easy and stress free. Paul kept us up to date on the arrival of the vehicle we originally reserved and let us know when other vehicles became available during that time which got us the color we originally wanted and sooner than the one we reserved.

Good communication. Only issue my insurance company was told the car was completed on Monday, September 18, 2023. I received a call Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 11:30am that my vehicle was completed. I had to pay for 1 day of a rental because I was notified a day after the insurance company.

Everything was a bit rushed, while everyone was pleasant and kind, they really didn't go over things very well. Also the car still had residue from the protective tape, and the windshield was difficult to see through because of the "detailing".
My sales person, Shane, was great. He was friendly, honest, open, and concerned with my concerns. But, when I came to pick up my car it wasn't ready. It helped that he was obviously nearly as frustrated as me, but I felt like it was poor service, or at least poor communication, between the prep and him. I sat in the chair for waaaay too much time with no explanation.
After much frustration with another dealership and false promises I began to shop and look around. Danielle from internet sales was in constant communication to begin a deal. After we had a deal I was then passed on to Nick Hendra would finalized the sale. So friendly, openly on point with communication and updates. I really felt valued.
