We’re helping the National Auto Dealers Association recruit more women with a special video campaign called #WomenInAutomotive.

While women currently represent only about 19% of dealership employees in the U.S., there have never been more opportunities for women to create lasting, impactful careers in automotive retail.

We’re proud that 25% of Matick Automotive Group’s 199 employees are women.
