My initial call to schedule the service apt for what I believed was an exhaust leak was a bit confusing. Megan was very helpful and transferred me to Jennifer who made made the apt. But I was told the Warranty had expired. I then explained that I had purchased the extended warranty and that I had never had warranty work done on this vehicle previously (2022 Buick purchased 07/07/2025 under 25K mileage) and was new to this process. There was further discussion on whether or not a Loaner would be available if the vehicle had to be left. Upon arrival at my 8:20 apt, Darlese got me checked in and told me it may take a couple of hours. To my surprise, I received a text 1 hour and 20 minutes later saying that my Enclave was ready for pick up. I was very relieved to learn that my warranty did in fact cover the expenses to replace the pipe and there was no charge for this warranty work. All and all it was a good experience and I know the process now so I would feel more comfortable bringing my Buick back should I need to do so. Hopefully I won't need to, though. :)

My experience at George matick Chevrolet was excellent, the only problem I have is with general motors I have a 2022 Chevy Malibu general motors no the PCv with bad in the engines back in 2023, instead of recalling this issue or extending the 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty they just ignored it and said the hell with you that's not how you get to be number one for putting profit over your company

My vehicle was service for a tire blow out. I also mention that my Engine light is on, so when I received my vehicle the tire was fixed & the engine light was off. But later on when I was leaving work it was a chilly, I went to auto start my vehicle & it did not start. So now I have to bring my vehicle back in to be look at again.

Booked a service appointment online, quick/easy to see open time slots. However, I had wanted to make a day/time change. From both the My Chevrolet app and the dealer website, I was not able to make the change, process kept halting. Unfortunately I didn't document the exact sequence of events to be able to report it here. I phoned the service line, found there weren't available times that met my need so just kept the original booking. Once in the shop, work only took an hour.

This expiriance was amazing. Greg was perfect and so helpful and patient. There were issues on my end and Greg was very acomidaying and made sure I was happy throughout the entire process.

My vehicle was fixed in two days only thanks to Bryan, he helped me a lot with figuring out its issue.

My vehicle journey started in June. I came to see Alex, who had sold me my last Equinox. I found Alex had retired and met Brent. I had very specific requests, including grey leather ventilated seats on preferably a used vehicle. Brent showed me the Chevy options, what I really wanted, an Equinox with those specifications wasn’t an option. He suggested a Terrain along with a sales person and dealership. I test drove one there but again, they didn’t have anything in stock to meet my requests. After another month of searching, I ordered a new Terrain to meet all my requests. That vehicle was not to be because of “constraints” with parts for one of the packages. In the meantime, I drove in some vehicles with the vertical screen similar to the Terrain. The more I saw, the more the vertical screen stuck out as something I don’t care for. I gave up my request for grey seats and restarted my search for an Equinox with all the packages in Sterling Metallic AWD in early September with my 1st stop back at Matick. While Brent was on vacation, John told me about a couple vehicles matches in transit. After returning, Brent found an Equinox with my new extra request of a black roof. We started the buying process when I realized it unfortunately was missing the Safety & Technology pkg. I told him I could skip the black roof, but wanted the package. I received the text Friday from Brent, that a vehicle meeting my requests had arrived. Monday morning, I arrived to purchase my new AWD Equinox RS in Sterling Gray Metallic with all 3 packages! Everything was going so smoothly, until I was told the interest rate from GM Financial-7.59%! I told Brent I would not pay that and pointed out the vehicle missing the safety package had interest of 3.9% for 60 months and even showed him the screenshot of it. Brent asked me to give him a few minutes, I was prepared to walk away after months of work because I was definitely not paying that interest rate. I didn’t know GM had changed their rates because the website still stated 1.9% for 36 months, like it has for a while now. Brent came back with the interest rate adjusted to 3.9% for 60 months and I drove away an extremely satisfied customer!

I took my car in for service Friday October 3rd. The screen was going in and out. Sometime the screen would scramble up. I could not use my GPS for directions. I went in that Friday thinking I would be there for hours or rent a car to do my running around. The service person told me that reset would not take long. I only had to wait about 45 minutes. My daughter was at Wayne State and realized she had a flat tire. This was her first, so to say she was upset and frazzled would be an understatement. We called Matick Chevrolet where we purchased the car from, knowing we, thankfully, purchased the protection plan, and by God's gracious hand, Leslie Coleman, answered our call and plea for help! Leslie was calm, helpful, organized, responsive and worked with a sense of urgency, to the point you would have thought it was her daughter stranded in a Subway parking lot scared, worried and anxious about getting to class on time. Although we were in panic, Leslie was not and orchestrated the rescue mission! She found a tire, even when one was not in stock at her location and scheduled an appointment SAME DAY, so my daughter's life was not interrupted (which is next to impossible for a working college student). But more importantly to us, she was calm, helpful, supportive and reassuring, made Ava a priority, and handled business at the same time! A true Angel right here on earth who I am still thanking God for. But the thankfulness did not stop there. Demetrius Cole was the tech who changed Ava's tire, took time to show her inflation kit, and was patient and kind. From start to finish, this whole process was seamless, smooth and managed by two amazing people who I will probably NEVER stop talking about. With this one interaction, it is beyond clear to my family that their job is not JUST a job, but a passion they take seriously and live out every day what it means to be a kind and caring human! I had an appointment, and when I arrived I was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours, I was over 2 hours.

Everything went smoothly. I really appreciated the loaner car and that it was a SUV, which is what I am used to driving.

On Monday, October 27, 2025, I took my vehicle to George Matick Chevrolet due to my check engine light being on. When I arrived I was helped by Bryan F. I informed Bryan that I was there due to my check engine light being on, but I also, informed him that the OnStar diagnostics reported that there was an issue with my Exhaust Emissions System. Upon speaking with Bryan, he stated that there was a $179 diagnostic fee. I then informed him that I purchased an extended warranty through Smart Auto Care when I purchased my vehicle from George Matick Chevrolet in 2022. He then stated that if the warranty did cover the repair that I would not be responsible for the $179 diagnostic fee. Later this day, I received a call from Bryan informing me that the issue was my catalytic converter. He then stated that he did not believe that the warranty would cover an exhaust issue, but he was going to call and check with the company. Following his call with the company, Bryan informed me that the warranty does not cover exhaust issues. When I returned to receive, my vehicle I had to pay the $179 diagnostic fee. The following day ( October 28, 2025 ), I called to speak with the service manager at George Matick Chevrolet due to what occurred the following day, which was Mike Bertucci . I tried to explain to him that had I known that the warranty did not cover issues with the exhaust when I had already informed Bryan that the issue was exhaust related I would not have pursued service. I also, informed him that I did not believe that it was right that I lost $200 dollars. Mike Bertucci was extremely rude. Due to the negative interaction with Mike, I requested to speak with his supervisor and he reported that he did not have one. He also, reported that his decision was final and there was no one else. My issue is the lack of communication, lack of empathy, and the terrible attitude of Mike. It is extremely disheartening that I already have the cost of the out of pocket repair, but lost $200 dollars as well.

Sal was my customer representative. He was extremely knowledgeable in the type of assistance I needed. For instance he referenced a fuel service* with my routine maintain. He confidently explained the advantages of having the work done on my vehicle. The Lyft service was seamless but I do miss the old method of using a car from the lot. Later in the day I realized I forgot my keys in the car. Sal was able to help me collect my keys from the car and go on my way. The vehicle completion time was less than a day for my issue and routine maintenance. This was impeccable service and is the reason why I am happy to continue Maticks service. I expect this level of service as a standard. From when Darcy Johnson sold this vehicle to me 2 years ago as a 24 year old never having bought a brand new car. To now nearly 30,000 miles altogether the experience between this particular Chevy dealer’s technicians and representatives is world class.

Although the staff I dealt with was friendly and professional, my vehicle is riding very rough over 60 mph (as if there is a tire out of balance) and there's also an issue when I do a sharp turn backing out of a parking space. I am also waiting on new lock nuts to come in.

Dissatisfied is an understatement. I was involved in an accident with front end damage. My car has been at the shop for over 8 weeks now. Completion date has been pushed a total of 4 times. Got the call that my vehicle has been completed. Went to pick up and there’s a chirp that comes on when you turn on and turn off from the back. Not sure how that’s happening. Went back in to let them know and they came out to check it. His excuse when he heard the chirp, “it’s a $28,000 jobs of course there will be hiccups”. Um excuse me what did you say? What kind of unprofessional answer was that?? If it’s a $28,000 job there should be no issues whatsoever. I was extremely frustrated. How did my truck come in for front end damage and now some noise is coming from the back? Asked to speak to someone and of course “no one is here”. Contacted Allstate immediately. Flagged them as an unsatisfactory in-network shop. Take your car elsewhere. This should be priority, I should not have to wait any longer!

Our salesman Eric was so nice and easy to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the cars that we were interested in and he had us test drive the car before we made our choice. He saw that I was handicapped and didn’t walk very good so instead of making us walk around to look at the cars, he drove them up to us to look at and compare. I thought that he was very thoughtful and compassionate about my condition.

I have been coming here because the customer service is genuinely great—the staff at the desk are always friendly. However, the actual service quality in the bay is slipping. There is always a minor issue when I leave. The last two times, they forgot to top off my windshield wiper fluid. This time, I realized after leaving that none of my tire caps were put back on. ​What really disappointed me, though, was being told I needed to replace my rear windshield wiper. I actually just replaced that wiper a week ago and haven't even used it yet. It feels like a generic 'rip-off' attempt rather than an actual inspection. I like the people here, but I can't trust the service anymore. I may have to look for another dealership."

It always wonderful. I had 1 bad experience at Bill Brown, they judged me. Young mom buying a car almost 20 years ago. But Matick has always treated me great. The work for the engine light was fine. I paid for an oil change & tire rotation but the tires were Not rotated. The cap on my rear right side tire has been missing & that tire is still on the rear right side! I’m very disappointed!

Very attentive to the problem of one of my tire sensors although it took 3 visits to Matick. They did reset it but that didn't work. The work was quoted to take one hour and a half. They got it done in 45 minutes. I appreciated the saving of time. The cost was quoted the same between two people. They knew without looking it up. I appreciated talking to people who knew what they were talking about.

The appointment and pickup process was great. My service rep Bryan was excellent. It was nice to learn that the price for the repair was under budget. The oil change (and tire rotation) was good value. So why just a 4? When the car was brought up front to me, it was covered with snow. It took my son and I a while to clear the snow off. Also, I was promised a voucher for a car wash which I did not receive.

Slow, my reason for saying is when I take my car in for whatever reason I make early appt. and usually get it back late afternoon after work is done, not this time. Took all day for diagnostic tests and had to leave overnight and it was worked on next day early. I chalked it up to Christmas Holiday short staffed.

My free oil change was two days “expired” because the dealership’s availability was not great due to lack of staff (words from their own staff) I could not book sooner, my husband took the vehicle in, asked if they would still honor it, the manger refused stating because I did not purchase the vehicle at that exact location. Real nice customer service, I did not realize that the price of an oil change came out of the managers personal pocket and that good customer service doesn’t matter to Chevy. Find a dealership that cares!

This service was for repair of collision damage to the right front of the vehicle. Matick was able to quickly present a repair estimate based on photos we sent, which allowed us to quickly get our insurance company involved. Matick also quickly achieved an agreed repair order with the insurer so that repairs could rapidly proceed. Matick is also working with us to make the repaired vehicle available for our pickup at our dealership.
