Unfortunately, my car was in service for ALMOST 6 MONTHS. We waited on my parts - they came in 2 weeks before I got my car back. Then, I contacted the service manager only to find out that my car was "accidentally prepped" for resale! In the process, they discarded all my personal belongings that were inside the vehicle. While they did tell me to give them an invoice to reimburse me for my personal belongings - I have yet to receive a reimbursement check. Not. A. Happy. Customer.

I wanted to have my brakes checked and so I paid for additional service (Certified Service Plus+ & 135000_Miles Premium Severe Service Menu). I mentioned this to the advisor. When I got my car back, the brakes were the only thing that were not assessed. I felt like I wasted money on Certified Service Plus+ given the fact I received much less.

I was very pleased with the experience overall. Kate Bell and Shane Wilson both were pleasant, responsive and professional.

I had an appointment set up for an oil change and tire rotation at 11:20. Taurise checked me in and was very nice. He told me to plan on about 1 1/2 hours and he would text me when the car was ready. At 12:45 I walked over to the service desk after seeing my car parked in the lot and asked if my car was ready. He said it was. I asked if the tv screen in the waiting room was for people with oil changes or more major work done. He indicated it included oil changes. I told him I never saw my name on the screen and did not receive a text that my car was ready. He apologized which was fine but I would have appreciated being included on the screen and/or text notification. When I went out to my car my menu was set at car oil life left. It showed 18% which was what I brought it in at. I thought it would reset itself so left the lot which is about 20-25 minutes from my home. Once I restarted my car the percentage did not change. I called Matick and asked to be called back. Taurise texted me back to ask if I could return to the dealership to have that done. I told him no. I could have returned but it was an inconvenience that could completed while I was there. I asked if there wasn't a way for me to make that happen. He explained the very simple way for me to reset the oil life left. I appreciated he told me but to ask me to return was inconsiderate. I appreciate the work done but this isn't the first time I have experienced this at Matick. The little details make the difference.

I had a 9 am appointment, I dropped the vehicle off at 8:35 am. It wasn’t done until 11:30 am. It was there for an oil change and tire rotation. Why would it take that long? It’s a diesel engine so different mechanic. 3 hours is excessive don’t you think?

Excellent Experience, Mr. Darci Johnson was awesome, very informative, knowledgeable, and patient. He went over and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted.

I brought my truck in for a clutch engagement issue, they were able to quickly get it diagnosed and fixed. While they were inspecting my truck a leak was spotted and they were able to help me get that fixed as well so it did not cause further damage. They were very honest and did great work.

Prompt service, good updates and delivery

Paid for them to rotate my tires. I know the tires were not rotated because I have a slow leak in one of them and it is still in the same spot.

My sales person Shelby Andrus gave my a quote on an Equinox 2LT EV said the vehicle would be at the dealership in about a week , Shelby answered my questions about EV charging110/240 , gap coverage, mileage when I went to pick the vehicle up the DN payment & monthly payment was what Shelby quoted when i first inquired about the Equinox 2LT EV very pleased .

Job was completed as promised, but I did not get a call when the job was complete. The agent said I opted out, which I did not.

It was a pleasant experience. I do wish we had looked at more models. The sales agents were helpful explained the operation of the vehicle and new features. My wife loves the new Equinox. She has had two of them and has loved them both.

RALPH is very personable and treats his customers very well.

Horrible experience. The service and body shop lied to me stating the car that was loaned out to me was sold and they refused to give me another loaner while I waited for my car. Afterwards, the director of the body shop, Mike, informed me that the car was not sold, but was over the mileage limit and that's why they needed it back. Then Mike refused to look at the parts in question stating "it was to much work." It was an exhausting experience and their was no resolution. I was reminded of my first experience with them, when I allowed them to repair my car after the accident. They did not fix my car properly, I've been having electrical issues with the vehicle ever since. It's been so difficult having to deal with this place, especially since it's supposed to be a professional facility. I did not have a professional experience, I was spoken to with very little respect and treated as though I was incompetent. Mike also threatened to report the loaner vehicle as stolen, even though I was communicating with the company regularly. It was just a terrible experience. I would never suggest this place to anyone. To be honest, I'm surprise that they are still getting business. Totally unprofessional establishment.

I use Matick Chevrolet frequently for maintenance and have always had a good experience. This last visit was a disappointment. I was in for an oil, filter, tire rotation. Advisor informed me techs could not remove front wheels, so no rotation. Also, no multi-point inspection. Went to Costco for a rotation and they had no problem removing the wheels. They also discovered an alignment problem with sever inside wear on the front left tire. No mention of this at Matick. Should have been an easy call for any tech.

I had an oil change plus fuel induction servicing done on my truck ($270). On my way home I noticed that the check engine light was on. I called the service department and they set up an appointment for the following day. Upon inspection of my truck (purchased at Matick), they found that the codes had not been properly reset. While being relieved that there was no issue; it should be noted that going back the following day was a fifty + mile round trip for me (including a bridge toll). It bothered me that no apology (for the mistake) was offered after the inspection was completed.

Disappointed this time. They didn’t check the vehicle thoroughly. Windshield water bottle was empty, service people didn’t check and fill that back. There was no service sticker put on the inside windshield. Don’t know when the next service due.

Shane was great! He made sure to take care of me and get me the car that I loved. I love my new 2025 Equinox.

I arrived to have my side detection sensor repaired using the bumper to bumper warranty coverage I had. I was told with no explanation that it would not be covered. There are obviously components on the vehicle that are failing that I am paying for in my warranty coverage. This coverage feels like a scam as it appears that I am being blamed for failing parts on my vehicle. I've been in no accidents or fender benders. When this warranty product was sold to me I was told this would create a worry free driving experience. This is certainly not the case. On top of it all, I was charged $180 just so I can get my car back. This was a horrible experience that makes me question if I should trust Matick with service moving forward.

Katie and John Shebat helped me to get the best deal on Chevy Equinox EV SUV. John went over on all the details, very transparent and honest , showed me how to use new features. Everything went very smooth while went to pick up my vehicle. I really had a good experience after such a long time. The guy that was helping let my vehicle sit for more than 30mins. I had to say something. They all seemed to not know what they were doing. They asked for a last name and still picked up someone else paperwork as if it was mines. This is the first time the customer service was very poor. Did not appreciate the laziness. The guy was sitting in a room just talking to two other workers instead of doing his job.

I had to bring in my 2025 Traverse, side sensor sys needed service, the vehicle is too new to require any service at all, but they checked me in gave me a very nice loaner (a 2025 Silverado), of course the error message didn’t act up for the technician, even after driving it for 4 mile road test they found the system to be working, I only hope it continues to operate properly. They change my oil as requested (my break-in period I place on a new vehicle). Very satisfied Bryan the service rep covered all the bases completely. 👍🏻👍🏻

Taurice is fantastic. I brought my Trax in for an unknown issue and he listened to me explain what was wrong said he would get it fixed. Days went by and they technician said nothing was wrong to which I argued multiple times.. Taurice brought me in to take it for a test drive and noticed the same issues I was noticing and promised to get it fixed. I unfortunately had to keep pushing back every time they said nothing was wrong and finally after 3 ish weeks they found the issue and got it fixed. I thank Taurice for being patient, kind and listening to my sass every time he had to call me and say nothing was wrong when I knew something was wrong, glad he listened when I kept pushing back and pushed back with me. He is fantastic and a true asset to your team.

Well, I thought I was just checking to see if I could get approved to purchase a newer vehicle. Mr. Leon Minus, convinced me to lease a 2026 Trailblazer! Ms Heidi, made my experience with Matick, truly Awesome!

I requested for oil change with tire rotation. I paid for it as well. But I noted tire rotation WAS NOT PERFORMED. Never expected that I will be charged for a service that was not performed.

I was greeted promptly by the friendly service advisor, Mr. Taurise Barnes Jones. He advised me of the oil change promotion offered by the dealership to save on the cost of future oil changes. He informed me of recommended maintenance for my car. He stated my car would be ready in approximately one hour and it was.

Taurice was fantastic. At first I was heavily annoyed with the dealership after they called less than a day after I dropped my car off and said everything was fine with it. Cause false, I knew something was wrong with my vehicle and refused to listen when they kept telling me it was fine. (Multiple times) I pushed back with Taurice who then pushed back with the technicians until they figured out what was wrong. He explained things well, he was patient when I had an attitude, and he made sure we got the problem solved and kept pushing even when they said nothing was wrong. The rental car ladies were great to work with, made the process easy.

They were very courteous and helpful; they made sure I had transportation home while my vehicle was being repaired; they contacted me when my car was ready for pickup. Great service

My sales person was thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of the car I was interested in but could also answer questions about all the vehicles. He was patient with the many questions, I did not feel hassled. He was accessible always returned texts and I didn’t have to go through a second staff. I had to have a new tire rim put on my Equinox due to a blown tire, my car only has 7,000 miles on it. Unfortunately, the rim was NOT covered by my tire insurance. Bryan (service advisor) was very helpful and professional and friendly. He apologized that I had to pay out of pocket for the rim. But I was able to use my reward points to bring the cost down. We are impressed

Car had a check engine code of p2856. I paid almost $1000 for a transmission flush (because it was 3 years and the recommendation of the service rep to fix the issue) when an engine code clearly stated that the car had a much more serious problem. After picking up the car it threw the same code less than 100 miles later. It needed a new valve body ( so far so good). But when i questioned why waste my money on a flush and a refund I was told GM protocal was to change the fluid first. Well for example, if i had a bad camshaft changing the oil because it was due wouldnt be the recomendation. This experience has led to me writing this response and expressing my disappointment on how this situation was handled.
